In my research, I discovered that the entire mortgage process raised concerns regarding understanding and obtaining the loan. Users expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of clear responses and explanations about loans, leaving them uncertain about what is right for them. To delve deeper into these issues, I conducted three Zoom interviews and one phone interview using a questionnaire. The target audience for these interviews was couples who have taken out a mortgage.

Usability tests were conducted by two participants from the user interviews and a QA developer.
The interviewees received a wireframe in the first interview, and then received the final design, on which changes were made. the questionnaire included guided and unguided tests. You are presented with an explanation of the changes made.
1- Saving time and alleviating the anxiety associated with getting a mortgage, guided me in designing the user experience based on a mental model, that includes filling out forms and uploading documents.
The process ends with a meeting with a banker and signing the loan.
2- I reduced the questions in the form to 3 to 4 clicks to upload details and understand which loan the customer wants
3- The questions are short and simple, It is impossible to move forward if all the questions have not been answered
4- The buttons are big
5- Breadcrumb navigation showing the user's progress
6- Timer to show progress for loan approval (up to two hours)
